When you register for an account, we collect:

  • Business Details: Google Business Profile link, business category
  • Billing Information: Payment card details (processed securely by our payment processor)

2.2 Information About End Customers

When business subscribers submit customer information for review requests, we collect:

  • Contact Information: Customer name, phone number, and optionally email address
  • Message Data: Delivery status, timestamps, and engagement data (e.g., whether a link was clicked)

Important: We do not collect information directly from end customers. All customer data is provided to us by business subscribers who are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the dashboard
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Log Data: IP addresses, access times, referring URLs

3. How We Use Information

We retain information as follows:

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

5.1 Account Cancellation

When you cancel your account:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
  • Certain records (opt-outs, billing) may be retained longer as required by law

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

7.5 Data Deletion

Business subscribers may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting info@filterfive.io. Deletion will be completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. End Customer Rights

If you are an end customer who received an SMS through our Service:

8.1 Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

8.2 Questions

Reply HELP to receive assistance information, or contact info@filterfive.io.

8.3 Data Requests

To request information about your data or request deletion, contact info@filterfive.io with:

  • Your phone number
  • The business that sent you a message (if known)
  • Your request (access, deletion, etc.)

We will respond within 30 days.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: You can request information about what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information, so this right does not apply.

10. International Users

FilterFive is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
